Explore our groups and committees to learn how you can get involved and make a difference in our community.

Grantmaker Affinity Groups

Our affinity groups are member-led peer circles for grantmakers with common interests. Each group provides opportunities for funders to share knowledge, encourage collaborative funding and learn about policy issues that affect the well-being of communities across the state. Arizona Grantmakers members may participate in as many affinity groups as they choose. Affinity groups are based on a particular issue area or foundation type. All groups emphasize networking and information exchange among fellow grantmakers, local and national experts, and thought leaders. Our current affinity groups include:

  • Corporate
  • Education (Southern Arizona Network)
  • Racial Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Small & Family Foundations
  • Southern Arizona Network*

*Our Local Presence – Arizona Grantmakers has an established partnership to serve local grantmakers and strengthen statewide relationships. Working with the Regional Partnering Center—a 501(c)(3) of Pima Association of Governments—Arizona Grantmakers is well positioned to serve and support its members in Southern Arizona.
